System Support & Hardware Maintenance
Network Support
We target the provision of a value for money service for SME clients. To this end we provide two different designations of system support in conjunction with a hardware maintenance contract on and adhoc or contracted basis
System Support
We provide system and software support designed to try and overcome the “grey areas” of what is covered under which agreements and by whom. In short our system support commitment is now time oriented as opposed to task oriented. Basically any issues arising that we can assist with, will be dealt with to the best of our ability and to the limit of the contracted support time. This will include telephone support, remote access and on site assistance. Any IT related task that you require and we are able to provide can be dealt with under the arrangement. eg software issues, re-deployments, health checks, new users, upgrades etc. Support is available on 2 (including out of hours contact), 4 or 8 hours response time.
Enhanced data protection policy :
We also offer a service in response to enhanced data protection policy requirements. We take a monthly image of your server onto a separate hard drive and keep it in our safe. As well as providing a secure copy of your data (Data protection act 7th principle compliant) in the event of a system crash it makes it easier and quicker to restore your functionality. (Hours as opposed to days). The system infrastructure can be more quickly and reliably re-established from the image and the most up to date data set can then be imported from either tape or image, whichever is applicable.
Hardware Maintenance
Fixed cost hardware maintenance
We provide competitively priced, fixed cost hardware maintenance with committed response times, replacement kit etc. Our flexible package can enhance or replace manufacturer’s warranty depending on your organisational requirements. We cover a full range of Servers, Workstations, Monitors Printers and Peripheral Devices.
We can also provide a parts and labour ad hoc service if required.
Our charge structure allows for monthly, quarterly or annual invoicing to suit your requirements.
